Electroencephalography (EEG) and event related potential (ERP) technology, known as the “window of brain function”, have made great contributions in the research fields of psychology, physiology, cognitive neuroscience, clinical application, and other relative fields. The EEG experimental platform of the laboratory is equipped with 12 sets of EEG systems of different brands including Neuroscan (SynAmps2, NuAmps), BrainProduct (MR, MR Plus), EGI (Ges300, Ges400) etc. At the same time, it also supports Scan, Curry, Analyzer, Geodesic, ASA, BESA and other EEG analysis and traceability software. With the equipment, the platform can be used to measure, analyze and locate EEG signals and evoked potential with high resolution. The platform can also fuse fMRI, MRI, CT, MEG, PET, SPECT and other types of data to determine the dynamic track and anatomical basis of event-related potential, which opens a window for observing the task-based brain functions in the process of cognitive activities.
