Yan SongPh.D.   Prof. Yan Song integrates behavioral observation, resting EEG, task EEG/ERP and transcranial photobiomodulation to elucidate the neural mechanism and enhancement of spatial attention and working memory in children with ADHD.

Research Description

Prof. Yan Song uses EEG/ERP neuroimaging techniques to investigate the neural mechanism of attention deficit and working memory deficit in children with ADHD, and uses the simultaneous recording of EEG and fNIRS to investigate the neural basis of attention and working memory development, and uses the transcranial photobiomodulation (tPBM) to increase attention and visual working memory capacity in the normal populations and patients with certain neurological disorders.
