正常的脑功能依赖于不同脑区精准的细胞类型组成,以及完善的细胞与细胞间的连接方式和相互作用。我们致力于研究脑发育过程中的细胞图谱和分子调控网络,揭示婴幼儿和儿童青少年脑发育的特点,并解析与发育相关的儿童神经系统疾病的遗传性因素和病理机制。这些研究对于寻找脑智发育特点和疾病干预治疗有着重要的基础意义。
